Odeng, aka Oden in Japan, could consist of a variety of fish, soy and vegetable products in a hot broth. Here in Seoul, they sell it on a stick from carts on the street, accompanied by a little dixie cup of broth. Perfect for strolling around in winter. This guy cost about $0.50, very reasonable.
