They went to several contemporary artists and asked them for their take on the jack o' lantern. Bengston's was deep blue on a white pumpkin, with a moon and small, circular stars. I was so impressed by the way he used the light, the contrast of the orange flesh and the painted skin, the free nature of the cuts- it was a great pumpkin. Wierd, I know, but that's me, I guess.
