I recommend anything with mousse in it, or fruit on top - their fruit glaze is kind of supernatural. They're pretty good bagels, too. I'm a bialy man, personally, and I like my bialys lumpy, ugly and very Jewish, but as regular bagels, the JJ Bakery stands out amongst LA's many, many bagel shops. They also make the best cakes, great when you need something affordable and showy for a small party and you've forgotten to bring something. JJ and Polly Ann in Pedro are my two cake spots, with King's Hawaiian following a close third. JJ in Torrance is located right next to Wilson Park at the corner of Sepulveda and Crenshaw.
